A few talented colleagues who genuinely care about their work. ( Very Few ) Remote work flexibility. (if you can tolerate the chaos)
Cons
Extremely unstable leadership — the entire management team has turned over Zero transparency on strategy, compensation, or direction Toxic work environment with no trust between leadership and employees Broken promises around pay, commissions, and career growth Constant internal politics overshadowing actual execution No long-term vision or stability for employees I left 3 months back and still they havent paid my last 3 month dues and commissions
