They will sell a great vision but it's just a mechanical turk at best... They don't understand ML or intelligent automation systems, nor do they want to.
They will rush you on projects that take a huge amount of time. Clearly not understanding the things they're asking for. Directions will be changed randomly. And no, you won't have a seat at the table. There are control freaks at this company in the upper layers. It would be best to run away. They stack their company with minorities, but you will not have any way to actually get your job done.
They will tell you great things like... You'll have mentors blah blah, but then you'll notice the attrition. They were awfully confused why I wasn't crushing work when I had to self-learn their messed up system and then come up with automation ideas from scratch, with little to no guidance from upper management. You'll be a senior in the title but treated like a junior when they decide they want to phone a friend.
As a Black man, it sure seemed like the glass floor was protecting mediocrity. Nothing stellar about the management here.
