      Pros

      Good work/life balance and flexible hours. Knowledgeable and friendly team members.

      Cons

      Lack of project management, outsourcing work, wages not always paid on time. No clear project communication or direction between the directors and the staff. Company was struggling financially and closed down in Jan 2019.

      So much opportunity to broaden your skillset! Arrived as a trainee copywriter, I've now worked on social media accounts, managed various web projects (including for Channel 5) and developed my SEO knowledge. I'm even asked for my input on design elements. I've had so much support and patience from the team since day one. Ever grateful for the opportunity to take my first steps in Digital Marketing - brilliant that Jacobdeen invests in the next generation!

      Cons

      Street parking is VERY limited unless you're prepared to walk 15-20 minutes, but the city centre location makes the office easily accessible by public transport.
