They hire the people's from their own academy with 4 years bond, in this 4 years employee are worked more than 12 hrs without over time pay

Cons

They consider only your IN time, not your OUT time. Even if you finish your work at midnight, management still expects you to be in the office on time the next day. Team leader asking to work in sunday but management not provide compensation for alternate days simply said management totally stole employee hard work Still thay have manpower because their academy and they given opportunity for freshers..3 month notice period need to serve but management not given the experience letter also
