Pros

Some genuinely nice coworkers, which made working there almost bearable.

Cons

Most of management is totally inept and uncaring of anyone lower-level than them. Lower-level workers are expected to work much harder for a fraction of the pay, which higher-level workers then take credit for. No room for advancement in role or pay if you're not already at least management-level. Doesn't adhere to DEI hiring practices in any form.

Pros

Everyone was a delight, didn't meet a single person there who I disliked or didn't want to work with. Weekly tea tasting sessions were loads of fun. No sense of management giving an impression that they're "better" than you are because of their position (everyone's in the same office no fancy floor or anything special just for execs), new ideas are respected and appreciated and just generally a really respectful place. You get to drink as much *delicious* tea as you like.

Cons

Small company, so any career movement requires either an increase in size or for someone else to leave. Company arrangement means lots of different people need to test and approve things before they can be released/commenced (marketing/products/events) which seemed really inefficient to me, and means that things need to be planned way in advance.
