      Pros

      Interesting industry with interesting products. Great potential for success. Company benefits are okay including a half day Friday.

      Cons

      Organisation is crippled with process, unnecessary roles and lacks the required senior leadership drive and prioritisation to cement its future

      Some really great colleagues My boss was wonderful and we had a close-knit little team Support from lower management Frequent BBQ breakies held in Stores

      Cons

      Extended hours are exhausting Easy to burn out and feel overloaded with work that wasn't initially in your duties High staff turnover, especially at the 4-6 month point Some departments refuse to do their job and it gets lumped on you
