Of a few months i work there. More than 10 people has either resign, force to resign or involuntarily terminated. Their HR won't help you or respect you their HR will always side to the company. Working condition is very very bad while demand of the job from management is high. They offer minimal guidance and expect you to generate sales the first month you there. Micromanaging, unrealistic target, you will not be consider to confirm if you did not achieve their ridiculous target, verbal abuse and unreasonable daily target. Won't even invest in a proper email for workers. You won't be able to recover if you work here. There's a reason why they has always has opening especially in sales department. If you see the advertisement, run! Don't ever think about considering. From upper management to the branch manager, everyone is just cruel and bad.

Sales person in this company is not an enjoyable work. Alway stress and pressure. After working hour at 6pm at home, you still need to do your homework given by the manager to study about your customer. After training 1 week (just read the module and video), new sales person will need to go meet customer without proper training and guidance. They will always hire new sales person because people keep quitting or get fire if they dont reach the sales target they set. Every morning will have morning meeting, which the manager will crush your motivation early in the morning because of you dont get anough appointment with customer yesterday. And the manager is so frank. They always hire fresh graduates but the experience is not suitable for fresh graduates.
