decent firm overall, avoid CAS department at all cost

Variety of work to learn and develop one's skills.
Cons
Heavily understaffed and underpaid for all Company Secretarial work. Senior Management and Directors create a glass ceiling and do not allow visibility of the Partners for the lower-level employees and vice-versa; resulting in shoving work down the throat of employees without adequately being compensated.
