Pros
The team- strong professionally and great personally. Very good atmosphere. Very open, with a lot of room to influence the product and business at all levels.
Cons
Nothing much on the negative side. The work can be challenging some times, delivering quality solutions for customers on tight deadlines. Demands keeping a wide perspective and taking ownership on the stuff you do. Not a good fit for people looking to "just do my job and go home".
