Good exposure to the APAC region.

Cons

This company has one of the worst working environments I have ever seen. Employees are not valued and are treated as though they are dispensable. The career progression of an employee rests completely on the Manager's whims and fancies and there are no structures in place to check the Manager's powers. The work culture is also terrible. Employees are expected work overtime with no real compensation or consideration.

The work environment is relentlessly stressful, offering zero clarity, structure, or support for new employees. No matter the compensation promised, avoid this company at all costs — they are not investing in talent; they are purchasing headcount to treat like expendable commodities.
