      Pros

      I've had the privilege to be in multiple companies in the past that's been phenomenal, but I have to say, IntouchCX has been the best. I consider every work experience a growing opportunity and this company really focuses on empowering the people and their personal growth. I've worked here for over a half a year so far and I would highly recommend to everyone.

      Not that I've experienced so far.

      Pros

      if you understand what you're doing you can succeed, but don't succeed too much as team leads will come for you and find a way to get you forced out of the company if someone has a hard on for you

      Cons

      lots of envy and no understandable leeway when it comes to having medical issues and you need the washroom more than once in a day
