- narcissistic regional leader who belittles you in front of everyone - blatant favouritism - constantly feel like you’re walking on eggshells and afraid to breathe lest we get told off - unreasonable expectations - upper management is blind to the narcissism - burn out is inevitable under the pressure put on employees - had to seek counselling after developing post traumatic stress - different sets of rules for people the regional leader favoured
