      I Can't think of any. The place is a shambles with no progression.

      Cons

      Unless your face fits and you always say yes, you are screwed career wise. Processes and Procedures made up as they go and they try and compete with bigger companies in the oil and gas industry. They manage to secure work by promising the client anything and fail miserably due to lack of experienced staff and reliable equipment.

      Free tea and coffee and knocking off time.

      Cons

      Too many backstabbers and people looking to out do you. Too many individuals that have been put in roles above and beyond their ability due to lack of experience. This creates problems with daily workshops. Poor management, they don't care about their staff and pay badly.
