Full support for remote work; a trusting company; little overhead with meetings and emails, more indirect communication via Slack. Very AI oriented, lots of oppportunities to grow and supportive of role changes inside the company. The company is growing a lot in Portugal

Not so organized in terms of strategy, or overall organization. Some gaps in leadership due to everyone being overworked.
