Pros

- I believe that leadership is very important in a company, this company has the right leader in place. - Diverse offerings that opens and expands your experiences. - If you know what you are doing you will get the necessary freedom to grow and apply your ideas. - Wide customer base that again helps you grow your network and experience.

Cons

- Standard local company issues where high calibers are in the team, so thinking is Global; but resources and application is local. - Sometimes higher management interferes with ones work to the mico-management level. - Salaries are commission scheme was not so great, but maybe that changed now.
