      Bad Karma - The Owner is Bi Polar

      Pros

      The people are good to work with, but seems they all are looking for the next place work. I was hired with a group of 4 with the promise of training.

      Cons

      Shane the Owner has constant changes to the direction of the company. He changes sales plans quarterly and you never know if your getting a check handed to you or Direct Deposit. Lost the best part of the company the Sales Director and the culture went down from that point. He was good at training as that is why I took the job.
