Pros
Flexibility to work anywhere. Management says they only want the best people, so they are willing to hire from anywhere. Rewarding work. I truly feel like I contribute to my clients' businesses.
Cons
Long work hours. Management often expects you to put company needs ahead of family commitments, which can be challenging for those with young children.

Pros
Pay is tied to performance rather than less objective "woke" metrics; if you want to make more, you always have the option to produce more. Super smart colleagues. Company is growing, so there is no shortage of career development opportunity if that is your jam.
Cons
Hours are grueling. The founder is a hyper-libertarian loud mouth, but if you can put politics aside, he really does have a great vision for the company, and honestly does care about our clients.
