Pros

- focus on quality of deliverables - awesome culture results in a great team - very organised workflow, focus on performance and efficiency - empower people to the lowest levels - autonomy regarding the project you work on - great office with lots of perks, hangouts

Cons

- they had some itches 2 years ago, but recovered and become a very stable company

Work from home opportunities Medium to good salary for local developers

Cons

Big egos, military style management. No chance of negotiating salaries. Bringing up the $ problem gets you either threatened or fired. Very stressful to work with Costi (CEO) and just generally stressful to go to work because there are usually fights every day. I think the company is losing money because they're firing older experienced and better paid employees to hire new people that work for a fraction of the cost. I would stay away from IB.

Friendly people, free snacks, Tech Support team is extremely hard working

- The bullying behavior from management - Pressure from management to fulfill tasks that are not in de job description - Values greatly the budgets, not the employees - Hard work is not appreciated - The communication between management and employee is extremely bad - Was obligated to attend a team outing event in which we end up paying for the food
