      No pros. If you really want to grow pl do not join here.

      Cons

      This company was my first company will 0 learning. They dnt even give salaries and confirmation letter. The management is so poor. You wont get any project in this company.. They will hire you for no reason and the company CEO is a crazy man. You wnt get what he is trying to develop a product.

      Company is 10 years in IT business, but still it is startup. POOR management.

      Great atmosphere, just coming out of the start-up phase, great product, strategic industry partnerships, FUN work environment.

      Fast moving and lots of learning-as-we-go-along on management's side.
