- Interesting product/work - REAL teamwork: No job is too big or too small for anyone on the team - Opportunity to learn/grow - Feedback and ideas are welcome, encouraged, and (when possible) implemented... even with entry-level or newer teammates. -Small team with HUGE, contagious energy -Equal opportunity / inclusive team
