      Pros

      Leadership has a very well practiced open door policy. They also do well and making people feel heard, and seen. Plenty of work to do with a wide variety of experience to get it done.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much work, not enough resources.

      - Fun, humble team that's easy to work with and have fun with - Lots of free food, lunches, etc. - Profit sharing quarterly - Flexible scheduling (not a clock-punch company) - Tons of opportunities to grow and learn
