Pros

The only good thing about this company is that you get some free snacks

Cons

Extremely unorganized. Very deceiving towards clients and employees. Despite hiring Egyptian workers in Egypt, the American staff constantly makes racists and stereotypical remarks, take advantage of poor living conditions in other countries to make millions in the US. They have a graphic designer handling big software development projects. Will tell you they can do and know how to do anything even though they don’t have the expertise. Workers constantly argue with each other very unprofessionally.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. With over 28 years of experience across multiple industries and technologies, we approach every customer with a service over profits culture by identifying and providing (if it's within our capabilities) the best solution. We invest deeply in our engineers because we know they are our greatest asset, and are adamant about helping all of our employees develop and grow. While our culture is heavily reliant on a one-team mindset, having passion for our work every day, and the grit and determination to have a successful project outcome every time, we also strive for a fair an equal work environment for all.

Pros

People work hard. Probably harder than necessary. The company has been around a long time and many of the alumni have gone on to do impressive things. It begs the question: Why didn't they stay at Integrant?

Cons

No clear direction. Terrible management. No investment or vision for the future. Quite possibly the worst off-shore team in the world that gets caught up in every conflict or uprising in the middle east. Very negative work environment where people play politics and managers have little to no technical expertise. Often overselling and under delivering. Easy to see why they survive so long but never grow.

Thanks for your input. Our average employee retention rate is 4 years. Our average client retention is 5+ years and some clients have been with us over 10. We have grown steadily and selectively for the past 25 years. We are highly selective about who we bring on board and our probation period is designed to ensure that there is a good fit all around. The cost of a bad fit is quantifiable in terms of employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, and company success. A little about what we seek: A service orientation is key. Communication is key--and we're not talking just about English (though that's a must, as our clients are in the United States). Communication to us means this: http://www.integrant.com/business-ethics-stakeholder-theory-im-not-software-industry/ and this: http://www.integrant.com/do-you-speak-my-language/

Pros

- Specializes in custom software development, so there's basically something new to learn every day. - Integrant is an expanding/growing company, which gives the employees several opportunities to work with large clients. - The employees are well-compensated financially. - The salaries are in USD. - The company's CEO is an extremely nice and down to earth person who really appreciates his team and whatever feedback they might have. And this is an understatement. - Decent medical insurance is provided. - Social/sports activities are organized for the employees. - The employees do not always work the 40 hours/week. Occasionally, there is down time, and they can use it to work on career development, learn about new technologies, etc...

Cons

- The environment is not that healthy; a lot of colleagues will smile in your face every day, but they have no problem with gossiping about you, bad mouthing you to management, spreading rumors, this kind of thing. Bottom line, when it comes to the relationships between employees, it's not very professional. People get jealous and they are not afraid of showing it, only behind your back. Piece of advice: Practice extreme cation when making friends with your colleagues. That being said, I have met some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life in Integrant. So, in all fairness, it's not like the company only hires unprofessional salty people, but a some of people I worked with in Integrant turned out to be that way.
