Pros
If you are hardworking and willing to learn, this is the place to be. Enormous exposure to industry stalwarts with a team which works with best in class practices. I had my best time here and pity I had to leave for personal reasons and relocate.
Cons
If you are a laggard and not willing to work hard, this is not a place to work and you will only end up complaining
