      Good Training. Basic benefits. Good work/life balance. Work From Home.

      Career development is okay, depending on the team your career development is not a priority to some. Pay is not competitive. Many teams are understaffed, expect to work a lot in this position.

      Pros

      -Few good team mates - ability to work from home sometimes -there are health benefits but you pay into it monthly and is quite costly

      Cons

      -Nightmare Manager and is so aggressive and not kind. (No one likes her and she doesnt like to take ownership and do her job) - Workload is unreasonable even when you tell leaders that it is unreasonable they dont seem to listen - Hire new people when we say we need help but there is no time to train them since they hire people based on cheap wages and who they know... not actually having the skill - Team is overworked and burnt out
