He was always on time for meetings
Cons
He never listened. He was arrogant. He would leave a meeting after 10 minutes even though it was scheduled for an hour. He then would tell you that the presentation was not good. That is like saying a movie was terrible even though you only watched the first 5 minutes of GoodFellas
