Pros

- Everyone's opinion is valued and considered equal regardless of rank, duration, or seniority - You're valued based on character and integrity above all else - Soft skills are prioritised over hard skills, as hard skills are easily taught, and Inspace allows hard skills to be learned on the job, why cultivating employee's soft skills over time - Flexible office arrangements; while Inspace encourages 2-3 days in the office where applicable, full remote is available when required - Culture and diversity is a priority amongst staff & culture; your character and potential is what is valued the most - Get to work with cutting edge web technologies (latest Next/React frameworks, 3D/mapping API libraries, AI platforms and tools for internal development and product features) - High autonomy; employees are encouraged to think outside the box and use their best judgement to solve problems (helping to develop soft skills) - Everything's debatable; the best ideas are implemented and valued above all else, regardless of existing systems or processes - Strong and compassionate company culture - Given the autonomy, tolerance to training, and on-the-job training you will learn more at Inspace than most comparable small/mid-sized technology companies

Cons

- More junior ranked staff are less accustomed to some of the high autonomy greenfield work and may be better placed in a larger corporation where they get more structured guardrails to work within

I genuinely believe Inspace is reshaping the industry

Pros

The ambition that Inspace has for its Stack and Portfolio products is founded on a very real set of industry challenges that have existed in CRE for decades. With over 15 years of experience working in the industry, I can honestly say that this product is, and will continue to change the way that funds, landlords, and agencies do business for the better. The product has begun to fundamentally shift the mindsets of longstanding titans in CRE towards a more optimized and client-focused way of doing business, saving professionals across the spectrum of the industry days and sometimes weeks of effort for previously onerous tasks - and letting them focus on engaging with their own clients in an elevated way. This sounds like a lot of hyperbole, but I humbly believe Inspace can and will continue to create new standards for doing business in CRE. The CEO has an admirable passion for being hands-on with the business and cares about doing the best for his company and its people. It is a pity that some of the other reviews posted appear to have misconstrued that intent. The individuals overall are wonderful to work with. It is a great pleasure to see such diverse representation in such a small company's leadership team.

Cons

Like all early-stage companies - growing pains are sometimes challenging. At Inspace, success is achieved by being able to proactively and creatively add value to the business - and I've watched those who can do so really thrive at the company.

Pros

There are flexible office and home work agreements Great talent and responsible people Encourages learning new things

Cons

Stacks are too difficult to look good and get to load on mobiles in time which comes off as embarrassing and tough to explain to clients. It's easy to imagine this will still be a problem in a few years. The art team / tech team says they are limited with what they can do, skills and technology wise. I feel some people know the Stack part of the company isn't profitable and wants to wait it out and keep pushing the teams right up until it's cancelled in favour for new products.
