Pros
Colleague are good to mingle with, especially when there’s a company event.
Cons
HR is the worst, especially the higher ups, they are not pro employee. They do not take accountability with their actions and just throwing employees under the bus. They will treat you nicely if they will gain something from you. They will only push promotion to their “close friends”. Office politics is rampant. I have been working here for 2 years with no salary increase, some employees even have less than 20k salary a month.
