      1. Worse HR Management, THE HR director behavior is similar to old villain... 2. He behaves very bad with ladies, speak about their personal which cannot mention here. 3. Inovar management notedown how much time they are in front of system, how much time they are going for break. 4. In front of them, if a male employee and female employee speaks they will treat as lovers.. 5. If any employee is opposed to deliver manager, he will start taking personal revenge. 6. Freelancers rule the company 7. Weekend work and late night work what not

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear your experience and thoughts about Inovar. We always try to create an open and transparent culture where issues are discussed openly. Before I write this to you, we investigated about the points you have mentioned and unfortunately, we did not find any such occurrence with any of our team members. We have had multiple focus groups and even got 1:1 meeting with team members. But unfortunately, we came up empty-handed. As a current employee you would know that we have scored 92% overall satisfaction rating in our last quarter's anonymous survey. Only four issues were raised, and we are working towards making things better. If you still think we need to talk, please do reach out to me personally so that I can understand this better. I always believe together, we can make things better.

      No Growth. No Money. No Benefits.

      Pros

      The company is in. a good loction with access to busses and autos for travling. the food in canten as its a coworking place is good. management is ok.

      Cons

      no new projcts. the learning is zero. since new project not coming where will learning come from? theyre sales is there but they are doing nothing. always we see about same repeat projects on the screen when ceo does the hall presentation. he is serious most of the time and scary to speak to. he is the only ones who speak in all hall meetings in short durations with no plans. not understanding what sales tesms are doing without getting new projects. top management is silent sover gratuitys, very high variable pays, incentives etc. no gwoth at all. very regretting decision joining.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear your experience and thoughts about InovarTech. We agree last 2 years have been tough, given the economic/market situation and it has been difficult for many. If you look at the other companies, a large portion of them are not growing both in headcount and new projects. Unfortunately we are not any different, we have to abide by the market conditions. But I certainly open to discuss with you if you have any ideas. That said, we have made lot of inroads in last quarter of 2023 and we intend to continue that momentum. Also about your communication poitn, I am sorry you hear that you feel scared to talk to me. I will definitely work on that. My impromptu style of conversation came from a time when we were small, and I can definitely work on fixing it. But in the mean time, please reach out to the Employee Actions team (Super Heros), They can definitely convey your message to me without any hesitation. I would like to assure you that, there is no reason to be concerned, please do reach out to me personally so that I can understand this better. I always believe together; we can make things better.

      Worst CEO Politics

      Pros

      The workplace has good tea and snacks available in the common areas working as it's in the co-working space

      Cons

      The CEO manages the company poorly without any organizational growth. there are not enough projects to work on and the whole company survives on a couple of projects. the workforce especially the management and the top technical guys are full of egos that they cannot make even a proper solution. the CEO is very adamant in sticking to his confusing goals technically and financially. he does not hire the right talent and hires talent that screws up the projects. the CEO allows moonlighting to keep his costs down. very unprofessional, indisciplined processes and top management that's good for nothing except shaking their heads 'Yes Sir' to the CEO with no thoughts, plans, or designs of their own.

On the execution or delivery side of projects, as you are a developer, who you will understand that it's very difficult to build something, which doesn't have an issue or bug. We are also building ourselves to be a stronger organization, some time we do good and sometimes we fail. But we always make an effort to learn from our failures and get better. I hope you will be able to relate to this experience as a developer. Please do reach out to me personally so that I can understand your thoughts better.
