Pros

The only good thing here was my teammates. I made some wonderful friends at work who were very supportive and understanding while we were going through the numerous hurdles laid out by the management.

Cons

Constant mass layoffs that are not based on performance. Constant org restructure. Micromanagers who breathe down your neck and make you feel insignificant. No growth - you do the same repetitive work every day. Any small change needs to go through several people which takes time. No transparency. Weird dress-code - you get a notice if you wear a Marvel t-shirt on casual Fridays but on weekdays you can pass off ripped, transparent, flashy, party clothes as business casuals!
