-Work culture is fantastic and very inclusive -Communication is great -Documentation is spectacular -Everyone wants to see you succeed -Nobody withholds information keeping you from excelling -There is an understanding of workload and things in place to help prevent burnout -Management listens to anonymous surveys on the direction of the company/suggestions every couple weeks
