The only Pros is CEO is cool and humble guy and you can listen music while working
Cons
1. They will make you work like slaves Even on Saturday or Sunday 2. The 8 hours of work is a myth here 3. They follow hire and fire policy frequently 4. They will not listen to employees area of domain before joining they will do a lot of promises but after joining all will be in support or maintenance project 5. Fresher's training is ridiculous they will not train you only properly you have to do all the efforts Even though we need to work on projects but still they are not giving the full pay 6. Also , Beware there is lots of Office politics Some people only do buttering the seniors I will suggest Please think twice before joining here. The CEO is cool but the company's culture is really bad lots of work pressure you will have hardly any life outside office. If you are Ok with that robotic life with less pay as per the amount of task given then , You can go there
