      Pros

      Masonic Temple purchased to serve as office, and investment for the owner.

      Cons

      They give out Starbucks Cards as "prizes" during on-boarding training for new employees. Look carefully into your pay-stubs if you quit before one year. They claw the cost of these cards back as "Cash Advance". Just imagine, you never asked for the "cash advance".

      Room to move around, some good managers, close friendships with staff on team

      Cons

      Bad leadership & bad culture, boss was more of a bully than a mentor, no flexible hours (8am-5pm)
