Pros
Probably one of the best places I've ever worked, and the people are what make it that way. Relatively flat management structure, decent pay, great technical challenges and excellent learning opportunities. Amazing levels of employee support.
Cons
The company's primary focus is blockchain-related tech, which comes with a reasonable amount of volatility and drama. But other than that, nothing really.
