Facility provided by company is not up to the mark, they count each & every penny they will pay, only Management is decision maker for all approvals, Some Employees for doing nothing they are paying

This company have the concept of Bond and Variable pay, Which works as a double sided sword, Means If they want to give you variable they will give otherwise they have n number of reasons for not giving.... If they are not giving the variable then you can not do anything because there is nothing like Management and you can't leave the company because you will be bonded with the amount between 1 Lac to 1.5 Lac and 1 to 3 years. So you have to bear. Managers and Management behavior is very poor and dirty, HR is good upto some extent. You will find many hidden T & C after joining which were not revealed at the time of interview. One important thing,On your Experience letter they will write like You can not join X, Y, Z companies because inflow is engaged with them as supporter OR competitor. Join Inflow on your on risk !!!!
