      Benefits, Certification Pay, Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      They'll fire you once the figure out you will not retire with them. Huge lack of communication between the two departments. A bunch of moving parts and disorganization. Behind in technology, although they claim to move forward with it. No room for career advancement and lack of promotions.
