I got to work on a wide range of things. There is some flexility in work, the kinds of projects one wants to work on etc.

Cons

Bad pay for low level employees. They call it a horizontal organisation but that only leads to confusion and hypocracy. Like in most dev sec organisations, lots of talk but not much action. At the end of the day the goal is satisfying funders, more than what is good for citizens, despite all the talk about centering citizens and empathy.
