Pros
Fully remote work environment, which provides flexibility. Salary is paid on time, ensuring financial reliability. Projects are primarily research-oriented, offering opportunities to work on innovative solutions. Decent work-life balance despite the unusual office hours (BDT 3 PM to 11 PM).
Cons
Lacks proper HR policies, including onboarding and farewell processes. Promotion policies need improvement, with employees often stuck in junior roles for 2-3 years. Limited physical communication affects team collaboration and engagement. Employee benefits like PF, medical insurance, and gratuity are not offered. Office equipment (monitors, laptops) is provided late, delaying productivity. The focus on research-oriented projects limits product-based development opportunities. Small team size restricts growth potential and employee diversity.
