      Pros

      Inco-Check is a great place to work and they care about each of their employees. I have worked here for over 4 years and have always been supported by the management team. They have helped me to grow into a strong auditor and they keep us up-to-date on agency changes. Small company feel in that the upper management cares about the employees and supports them.

      Cons

      Management does expect you to work hard each day, but you are rewarded for that hard work!!!

      Pros

      There weren’t many. There were a few nice people to work with. It was only relaxed and comfortable with the boss or her daughter weren’t in the office.

      Cons

      Suffocated. Little to no pay with demanding over time hours. The boss in the office was very hypocritical and only let her daughter get away with things. We were not allowed to get up from our chairs or desks very often because it was seen as us not working or using our time effectively. They will hire almost anyone regardless of experience because they just need bodies to get through all of the work they have. Little to no sick or vacation time. Also got in trouble if we talked during the day. That was a no no.

      None. My review is a bit dated; so I hope for all theyve improved.

      Cons

      Maybe its gotten better? Awful people. Let me say I have been in this industry for 30 years, and always considered highly satisfactory. This is the most childish, and unprofessional operation you can imagine. They are ripping off their clients and they know it. Run. Dont walk. Its not just me. its others I know that were there.
