      - Promotes innovation and creativity. - Good salary, and some great perks and excellent bonus structure. - Periodic monetary recognition of performing employee's. - A great name on your CV. - Good core values , amazing highly educated people in leadership who will keep you motivated each time when you meet. - Internal mobility program.

      Cons

      - Work environment is aggressive sometimes, very demanding but rewarding; In - process of building an organization. - Being a new entity in Canada - company needs to be look at RRSP match. - Getting promoted is difficult even after excellent annual ratings and also spending good numbers of years in the company.
