Very Toxic Boss, Micromanagement and hypocrisy
Pros
I got to work on recent development in AI which I look forward to pursuing. No hierarchy, US style of running a company very effective to disrupt
Cons
Everything is a con. I interviewed and started applying to other companies in the first week of onboarding. Leadership only knows a 90's style of teaching that involves mocking the efforts you put in. There's micromanagement with too much focus on irrelevant things, like whether the flowchart is nicely done. Are we competing in a flowchart competition? There's no room for mistakes without getting mocked. What's the point of having no hierarchy if you are going to micromanage? If you work on weekends, it's not seen as extra effort; it's what's expected of you. Compensation is 25 days late. Even daily workers get paid the same day. It's hypocritical to say we don't care about accuracy and then try to achieve 90% accuracy in a month. There are no efforts to understand the project's technology, even when trying to explain it in literal extreme detail, with 3D visualization and application flow diagrams (HLD) and then mock there is no collaboration. pathetic experience
