      Pros

      Can do online from home. Hours are good for those who have mornings or nights free.

      Cons

      Salary is way too low; it is lower than minimum wage in my state. Other online teaching jobs pay $25-$40 per hour US currently. Fast paced, multiple lessons per hour. no real training. Confusing systems, Disorganized management. I have a Master's degree as well as a TEFL cert and 10 years of experience- $12 per hour start and $15 per hour cap is a joke.
