1. Still worse management. Some of the management guys are really good and trying to align with the company's vison but others are really laid back with age old narrow mentality of handling things because they never worked in a corporate, all they have seen is this company. They already have a lobby you are either a part of the lobby or an alien. Several instances such as artificial pressure on mid management, project managers and employees; micro-managing, passive toxicity and borderline manipulative: and pushing to work extra hours with no pay even if you work in US shift. They'll say we don't judge you by your working hours in the ALL HANDS MEETING and then go on and tell employees to be professional n arrive on time. Don't spend much time in breaks n other works n what not.
2. The narrow visioned mentality and little to less exposure of corporate of many folks is not refreshing at all.
3. Many will be pushed to work extra hours, take late calls, work on Weeknds without any pay. The most toxic departments are HR, one of the worst handlers of resources including the director (previous director was far better), following some of the KADs who oversells with underpaid employees, and then some PMs.
4. Negative alpha on market readiness in AI and security. No innovative and advanced projects. The orgs so called principal architect vice president has sub liminal knowledge on AI. Most of its employees don't know how to use AI.
