Flexible schedule No micromanagement Supportive team environment Job stability depends on client assignment

Cons

No rate increases – You can request a review for a rate increase, but the process lacks follow-up, and inquiries about status are met with "in progress." No client reassignment – If your client ends the contract for any reason, you are not relocated to another project, effectively ending your position. No paid time off (PTO), holidays, or vacation – These benefits are not provided, so it's important to factor them into your rate, as negotiating a higher rate later is difficult. Poor talent management – Lack of structured career growth, feedback, and support for employees.

Pros

Best part? Leaving. This company has some of the worst management I've ever seen. They use fake names and profiles to contact clients, and contact them using their old employee's emails so they don't realize they left the company.

Cons

Not one PM was qualified enough to work with a client and actually finish a project. All of the clients ended up hating the employees because of poor management and decision making from high management.

Possibility of career growth, personal times and needs are respected, interesting projects and good management. Good salary with two reviews in the year.

Cons

It is a Startup company so some processes needs to be optimized although improvements are noticed month after month.
