      Consumers Co workers Easy to learn the system used bframe and titanium One hour lunch break with two 15 minute breaks

      Cons

      No advancement. You have to be friends with management. Will charge for audits. Take it out of your bonus checks. You can owe for months without taking home a bonus

      There were a handful of friendly helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      Management, Human Resources, and majority of staff are extremely unprofessional and lacking in the IQ department. Structured to reward rule breakers. They definately could use a drug testing policy!

      I loved working at ICR. The people were great and I learned a lot. We had the opportunity to earn monthly commission and that could range from a little to a lot depending on how well you did
