I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Immediate Credit Recovery (Kennesaw, GA) in Oct 2014

It was based on my previous experience dealing with difficult customers. It as a lot of questions on "what would you do?' He also wanted to know was i available till 9 pm some nights. We call all time zones. He asked how i left my last job and how i liked my boss.
