      Pros

      There were a handful of friendly helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      Management, Human Resources, and majority of staff are extremely unprofessional and lacking in the IQ department. Structured to reward rule breakers. They definately could use a drug testing policy!

      I loved working at ICR. The people were great and I learned a lot. We had the opportunity to earn monthly commission and that could range from a little to a lot depending on how well you did

      ICR was a great place to start and gain knowledge in collections of student loans.

      ICR was challenging to employees and micromanage employees excessively.
