1) PAY. In the summer of 2023 in particular, Imagine IT has lost several employees between Projects and SD. This in which generates more and more tickets. NOTHING has changed besides the final hiring of ONE entry level technician this month. Employees are fatigued, everything is promised, nothing is changing. 2) C Level is only numbers/profit driven. One of owners key words is "billable" whenever a question comes out. "This is billable". This in turn has an impact on #1 because they are pinching their pennies. 3) Ticket load is intense. Most days you are back-to-back on tickets with barely any breathing time or else you'd fall behind, causing peers to pick up slack, in turn, burning them out. Not all days, but 85-90% or so of days. 4) No real emphasis on retention. Imagine IT has lost several good employees. Will continue to lose more if they don't make changes. Big decisions take time, sure, but those decisions need to be made faster before GOOD employees start to leave. Causing unavoidable attrition in Partners, attrition in profit, and then Imagine IT C Level became their own worst enemy in terms of revenue.
