Pros
Working from home and with their well planned deadline schedule was a great fit for me as a recent college grad. The CEO Robert is energetic and motivating to communicate with and the team is full of like minded people who enjoy organization and structure. I’d highly recommend this job to anyone looking for a self-starting position with a lot of time management freedom.
Cons
If you have to miss a weekly meeting you can feel a little disconnected from the team because there’s no traditional workplace.
