      - occasionally we get cake. One year we got ice cream.

      - no direction - no ability for progression - wage is NOT competitive Seem to pay less than public or other private sites.

      Patient encounters Loved the people I worked with Occasional freebies Monday to Friday work

      Very minimal support from management Management just expects you to work overtime - nobody ever asked me if I was ok working 10 hours OT per week You are treated like you are replaceable They tolerate bullies Very minimal to non existent career growth

      - Decent office location - If you know the right people you'll be taken care of

      Cons

      - Poor management at all levels - Very cliquey in all parts of the business (it's not what you know, it's who you know) - Company is expanding at a ridiculous rate, but barely have any systems or processes in place - Senior management don't 'walk the walk' and actually come across as disingenuous - Poor pay and you will be lumped with extra/higher level work without recognition or extra pay - Company profits off people who are extremely sick
