      Pros

      Great culture Supportive and Team Based Interesting and Compelling Work Works well alongside and with Minter Ellison

      Cons

      Being part of a bigger has brought advantages and disadvantages, but overall it's very positive. Downside is some of the bureaucracy that comes with that.

      Pros

      Great team. Good client list. The size of the company means that everyone gets treated as an individual instead of a number.

      Cons

      Still use a traditional performance management process that includes utilisation as a core concept, although I believe this is being looked at. Brand is well known within a particular niche but not outside of that.
